Guidelines and Policy

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Book seven (7) days ahead. We do not accommodate rush schedules in respect to our clients’ schedules.
  • Cancellations can be done 24 hours prior to confirmation of schedule.

Biting Policy

  • We will do our best to groom your aggressive dog but if your pet shows uncooperative behavior and our safety is at risk, we will not continue grooming your pet.

Safety and Health

  • Pets should be in healthy condition to receive grooming.
  • We do not groom pregnant dogs three (3) weeks prior to their expected delivery date.
  • No grooming if the pet has received vaccinations 7 days prior to their grooming schedule.

Charges and Cost

  • We charge accordingly to the service you have availed.
  • Additional charge of 150 to 200 pesos is applied if your dog is severely matted meaning covering almost 50 percent of their body.
  • Because we groom at your home, a fuel charge is applicable depending on your location. We can remove this if we get our fuel free.
  • We only need an electrical outlet, water supply, a shaded area where we can groom your pets comfortably and a space where we can park our vehicle.

Grooming is a Hands-on Skills. We value our Integrity and do not use sleeping aids to sedate your pets. If this will be needed on your dog, consult your veterinarian about it.
